Korean Navy Vessels at Burrard Dry Dock Photos

Historically, North Vancouver has been an important part of British Columbia's maritime history providing seaworthy vessels for a number of uses. A tradition which continues today (abet at a smaller level), the shores of the city are now a place where the public can enjoy views of the Burrard Inlet, watch cargo ships, cruise ships and the seabus weave through its waters and also take part in unique events. One such event is the Korean cultural exchange and goodwill visit - the arrival of two Korean Navy Vessels at the Burrard Dry Dock which have been opened to the public for tours! Come down and climb aboard to explore the ROKS Yang Man Choon and ROKS Hwa Cheon!
