Hike to First Peak, Stawamus Chief Provincial Park

British Columbia offers a wealth of spectacular hiking trails ranging in length, difficulty and view points - popular weekend and evening destinations in the summer months (and in lower elevations, throughout the year). This weekend we took a trip to Squamish's most well known hiking locale, Stawamus Chief Provincial Park. This solid climb takes hikers past waterfalls, forests, boulders and above to one of Howe Sound's stunning viewpoints overlooking the fjord and the city of Squamish below alongside sheer cliffs. Here are our photos from our hike to First Peak in Stawamus Chief Provincial Park in Squamish!
