2011 Vancouver Zombie Walk

BBHHRRRRAA... BBHGGGG.... BRRCCHH - the undead will walk the streets of Vancouver, British Columbia on August 20, 2011 for the Vancouver Zombie Walk! Come dressed up in costume and join your fellow rotting walking corpses as they make their way from the Vancouver Art Gallery to First Beach thrilling onlookers across the city. Join the Facebook event to be a part of the Zombie Walk and come dressed in your Zombie best (don't forget to apply the fake blood and brains)! Whether participating or just to see what the commotion on the street is all about, don't miss the 2011 Zombie Walk in Vancouver as its citizens turn undead and stumble through the city!

Transform into a zombie and join the 2011 Vancouver Zombie Walk on August 20, 2011.

Come dressed and ready to walk the city during the 2011 Vancouver Zombie Walk:

  • DATE: August 20, 2011
  • TIME: 4:00pm - 8:00pm (walk begins at 4:30pm)
  • ZOMBIE WALK ROUTE: Meeting Site: Vancouver Art Gallery: 750 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (map) | Route: The Zombie Walk loops around the Vancouver Art Galley and continues west Robson Street, goes south on Denman Street and ends at First Beach (Denman Street at Davie Street, Vancouver, British Columbia (route)
  • COST: Free

WHAT TO DO
Zombie Walk participants meet at the Vancouver Art Gallery in full costume (don't forget the fake blood!) and stumble their way to First Beach through Downtown Vancouver.
• RESPECT THOSE WATCHING | If you see anyone - especially children - reacting fearfully, please do not add to their distress. Walk by and do not engage them.
• DO NOT VANDALIZE ANYTHING | Do not smear blood, brains or anything else on any businesses, buses, cars or any other public or private property as this is vandalism and the police will be ticketing anyone appropriately who vandalizes anything. Future Zombie Walks will be cancelled if participants cannot adhere to respecting the city.
