Image from Maplewood Conservation Area activity in Things to do in North Vancouver

A popular birding area, Maplewood Conservation Area is filled with birdhouses build by members of the Wild Bird Trust to entice many species into the Park to view.

Visitors walking through the Maplewood Conservation Area can see dozens of birdhouses in varying sizes attached to poles, trees, over water and near marshes. These bird houses found throughout the Park are home to the dozens of species that use the area for nesting in the Spring.
