Heritage Bricks in Engine 374 Pavilion, Yaletown

Image from Engine 374 Pavilion activity in Things to do in Yaletown

These bricks were individually bought by members of the community to help raise money to restore Engine 374 and raise money for the Pavilion it now rests in.

The new pavilion was built in an unique fashion, the Heritage Brick Program, where residents paid twenty dollars for a brick (raising over $400,000) which had their name inscribed on it, helped pay the expenses for the design, construction and movement of the train. These are the bricks that cover the entire floor.
