Cedar Canoe and Paddles at the Squamish Lil'Wat Cultural Centre, Whistler

Along with canoes, visitors can also see traditionally carved paddles at the Squamish Lil'Wat Cultural Centre.

There are many examples of cedar carvings at the Squamish Lil'Wat Cultural Centre as these two cultures heavily depend on this type of tree. In the centre there are several canoes as well as carved paddles - some with painted designs - that visitor can view and enjoy.
