Capilano River Regional Park which rests at the base of Cleveland Dam offers views of the overflow waterfall moving through the canyon and the dam itself.

The Capilano River Regional Park is located at the bottom of the Cleveland Dam. From various areas and lookouts throughout the Park, visitors can see the canyon, and beyond, the concrete walls of the Dam holding the City's water reservoir.
