Visitors to the Maplewood Conservation Area can see many birds and animals throughout the Park such as black tailed deer with lives in the forests.

There are many surprises to be found at Maplewood Conservation Area in North Vancouver. The winding trails see dozens of bird species in the birdhouses and ponds and several mammals live throughout the Park such as the black tailed deer which can be seen eating grass along the trails.
