Like many lakes in British Columbia, Green Lake does not have sandy shores typical to ocean fronts and other waterways. Its calm bowl-like atmosphere sees its waters with few waves making it a popular locale for swimming, boating and photo taking as well a popular place for cabins and year-round residents to live.
