Grizzly Bears in Grouse Mountain Refuge, North Vancouver

Grouse Mountain is home to two orphaned Grizzly Bears: Grinder and Coola. Residing in their large spacious pen, they are the star attractions at the top of the Mountain.

Some of the most interesting residents at the top of Grouse Mountain are its two Grizzly Bears. Grinder and Coola were both orphaned and reared in captivity. These two bears now call the mountain and their enclosure home feasting on treats of apples, swimming and playing in their forested habitat.
