Grouse Grind Finish at the Summit in Spring, North Vancouver

The Summit of Grouse Mountain - the end point of the Grouse Grind - is still covered in snow until early making it a challenge for hikers going up the Grind in the Spring season.

In Spring, Grouse Mountain is still layered in snow due to its high altitude. Hikers up the Grouse Grind meet drifts of snow at they hike higher to its peak. The snow usually stays on ground until mid-June depending on how warm the spring season is.
