The distinctive pale yellow Hoffmann & Son Machine Shop is located across the street from the Pitt Meadows Museum on Harris Road.

The distinctive pale yellow building alongside the CPR tracks is the location of the Hoffmann & Son Machine Shop. This building, built in the 1920s had houses several businesses, a Machine Shop and even serves as Pitt Meadow's first Fire Hall. It was inducted into the Canadian Register of Historic Places in 2006.
