Hikers can chose several trails through the coastal forest of Lighthouse Park to explore and walk to the Park's coastline.

Lighthouse Park is the location of the regions largest uncut coastal elevation rain temperate forest, with Douglas Fir, as well as impressive Western Red Cedar and Western Hemlock and many other tree and plant species.
