The North Vancouver Museum and Archives offers exhibits on many important events and activities over the past century including the construction of the Lions Gate Bridge.

The Lion's Gate Bridge was the first means of transportation between the North Shore and Vancouver. Its construction meant the growth of the city of Vancouver as residents could move freely between the two areas and artifacts and information from its planing and finalization are exhibited at the North Vancouver Museum and Archives.
