Image from Nitobe Memorial Gardens activity in Things to do at UBC Campus

Many well groomed tree lined and moss covered pathways weave throughout the Nitobe Memorial Gardens.

The Nitobe Memorial Gardens use moss, trees and other materials to create the appearance of a traditional Japanese Garden. Using a variety of native and non-native materials, this garden is one of the top ten "Tea and Stroll" variety of Japanese Gardens in the world.
