Sunset on Wreck Beach foreshore at Pacific Spirit Regional Park, Vancouver

Image from Pacific Spirit Regional Park activity in Things to do in Vancouver

Sunset over the shores of the Georgia Strait on the edge of the Pacific Spirit Regional Park is a magnificent experience highlighting the ocean and beyond, Vancouver Island.

The Georgia Strait, running between mainland British Columbia and Vancouver Island is a multi-use waterway. Offering harbour for ships and barges as well as 'parking' for many ships loading and unloading in the Burrard Inlet, evidence of these uses can be seen just off the cliff edges along the Pacific Spirit Regional Park. Offering panoramic views and a beautiful natural setting, the Park's generational heritage and continued preservation is one of the city's greatest legacies.
