Peak 2 Peak: Longest Unsuspended Gondola in the World, Whister

The unsuspended cable on Whistler's Peak 2 Peak Gondola stretches over three kilometres over the valley below.

Stretching from tower to tower, 3.024 kilometres, or 1.88 miles - the Peak to Peak Gondola now holds the World's record at the longest unsupported cable car system in the world. The cable car at its lowers point sits 436 meters (427 feet) over Fitzsimmons Creek in the valley between Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains.
