Sandhill Cranes and Mountains at Reifel Bird Sanctuary, Delta

Some of the Sanctuary's most interesting bird residents are the Sandhill Cranes which live in the marshlands of the region usually during migration and some seasonally. These tall, graceful creatures are friendly, curious and very photogenic and wade through the waters searching for foodstuffs.
