The village of Belcarra consists of over 200 private residences and has the smallest population in the Lower Mainland.

The Belcarra Pier takes visitors into Indian Arm with views of the surrounding mountains, Deep Cove and the Village. From the Pier people can spot seals, boaters and also crab from the floating dock.
