One of the West Coast Railway Heritage Museum's most interesting exhibits are the old Mail Cars which used to be the prime means of communication for rural towns across British Columbia.

The Mail Car at the West Coast Railway Heritage Park is one of the site's most interesting exhibits - the fully restored car shows canvas sorting bags, boxes and even pictures showing how mail car employees would grab full backs from designated points along the track and deposit mail for rural residents across British Columbia.
