Whytecliff Park is located just off Horseshoe Bay's main route. Throughout the day, ferries and small boats pass the area which is a designated marine environment - the first in Canada.

Whytecliff Park on its steep western edge which is fenced in offers some of the Park's best views. Due to the small peninsula Whytecliff Park is situated on, views toward the Cascade mountains and Howe Sound are easily visible.
