CameraRevealed on the two year mark from when the Vancouver 2010 Olympics were held in the city, the Olympic Clock on the Vancouver Art Gallery Commons was a popular site to watch the countdown to the Olympic and Paralympic Games, as well to take photos commemorating the upcoming events in Vancouver. This clock embodied the spirit of the Winter Games with the logos of both games etched onto them.
Vancouver, home to the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, worked hard to build, create and cultivate the beauty of the west coast to show the World in 2010 what an amazing destination it is.
Locals and visitors become a part of the preparations for the Games that took over the city and downtown residents and employees of the surrounding office buildings and visitors to the nearby Art Galley of Vancouver and city had had the opportunity to watch the countdown to the Olympics on the oversized wood and glass encased Olympic Clock found in the Vancouver Art Gallery square.
